Fwuffy ლ(╹◡╹ლ)

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp melted, unsalted butter (30g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  • In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients well
  • Pour the wet mix into the dry mix, and mix until combined. Some large lumps are okay but make sure there are no hidden pockets of flour around the sides and bottom of the bowl. Don’t over-mix or the pancakes will be chewy.
  • Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes to let the baking powder to activate
  • Uhhh cook them with butter in a pan on med-low heat 🙂
