Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cacao powder (cocoa powder)
  • 1 tsp coffee grounds (or instant)
  • 1 tbsp. boiling water
  • 60g butter
  • 1 ½ cups icing sugar

Directions:

  1. Dissolve cacao and coffee in 1 tbsp boiling water and mix well
  2. Beat butter in a mixing bowl until creamy
  3. Beat sugar and coffee mixture into butter until a light consistency
  4. Freeze any leftovers for up to 3 months
